These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eliasvantrel.com (the "Site") and your purchase of The Eleventh Version of the World by Elias Vantrel, a digital ebook delivered as EPUB and PDF files (the "Product"). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product & License
When you purchase the Product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Product for your own private use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, lend, rent, upload to file-sharing or piracy sites, or otherwise make the Product available to any third party. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Product remain the property of Elias Vantrel.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your download link is issued automatically once payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout so the link can reach you.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
Because the Product is delivered digitally and instantly, our Refund policy and Cancellations policy (both published on the Site and linked at checkout) set out when a refund or cancellation is available. Please review them before purchasing.

4. Accuracy of Information
