Refund Policy

The Eleventh Version of the World is a digital product (ebook, delivered as EPUB and PDF). Because the file is delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final once the download link has been issued.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You did not receive a working download link within 24 hours of purchase
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
• You were charged more than once for the same order

To request a refund under these conditions, contact us at blagojelejic0@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number.

We are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading the file, as the content has already been delivered.
